Wally West was in the Teen Titans for a number of years as Kid Flash. Later, after his mentor, Barry Allen, died, he took up the mantle of the Flash. He eventually joined the Justice League as the Flash, where he is still currently a member. The continuity for Wally that I am using is mainly the JL/JLU cartoon continuity, with information from the comics thrown in as background and additional information.
